Experiences of individuals with intellectual disability who lecture in higher education
The three main themes by which the participants described their work experiences and outcomes can be related to the concepts of autonomy, relatedness, and competence. The experiences described by the participants are valuable for the future facilitation of work assignments for people with intellectual disability in ordinary working life

How young people who had dropped out of high school experienced their re-enrolment processes
The study followed the re-enrolment processes of six young people in Northern Norway who had dropped out of high school. Early in the re-enrolment process, the participants focused on their experiences with lack of inner motivation, lack of endurance, and confusion concerning what they wanted to do with their lives.
