The mineral exploration of grassland in Inner Mongolia has become a trend. Its interest distribution and the existing problems are becoming a priority issue to deal with. With qualitative research methods, this paper examines the structure of profit distribution in order to understand the profits that herdsmen may get from the exploration of cooper mine in Huogeqi Sum.
