Use of Simultaneous Verbal Protocols in Analysis of Group Leaders' Cognitions
The effects of two types of informational inputs on cognitions and behavioral choices of leaders were examined experimentally. Informational inputs were feedback regarding group performance and information about the motivation and ability of the 76 individuals evaluated.
