Reactance to Perceived External Pressure to Introduce Quality Assurance Standards in Organizations
In a telephone survey, 50 managers were interviewed about ISO quality certificates, i.e., certificates which guarantee that products and processes meet prescribed standards. Most measures were single-item scores.
