  • Integrated serum pharmacochemistry , network pharmacology, untargeted metabolomics and experimental validation to explore the mechanism of Wenjian Qigong Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary…

Xinbo Wang, Chuyi Liu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2027

  • Bushen Antai recipe attenuates recurrent spontaneous abortion by activating Vegfa/p-AKT/Sesn2 to restore trophoblast endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis

Open Access•Zhuo Liu, Zhuo Zhang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2026

ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE: Recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) remains a formidable clinical challenge with limited therapeutic options, largely attributed to trophoblast dysfunction as a central pathological mechanism. Bushen Antai recipe (BAR) has demonstrated encouraging clinical and experimental efficacy in pregnancy support. However, its bioactive constituents and molecular mechanisms, especially in the context of trophoblasts, remain …

  • The mediating role of emotion regulation and cognitive flexibility in the relationship between cooperative learning and social skills of students

Open Access•Wenwen Ma, Saeid Motevalli et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Psychology•2025

The integration of emotional regulation and cognitive flexibility in educational curricula promotes the efficacy of cooperative learning, fostering emotional and social abilities. These findings offer practical insights for educators and policymakers to create organized interventions that promote whole student development

  • Integrating network pharmacology and transcriptomics reveals that Bushen Huoxue recipe ameliorates ferroptosis and apoptosis in granulosa cells by regulating PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in premature ov…

Open Access•Yanjing Huang, Mengdi Zhu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2025

BHR effectively ameliorated ovarian function in CTX-induced POI mice by suppressing ferroptosis and apoptosis in GCs. This effect is mechanistically mediated by the activation of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. Furthermore, the Hmox1/GPX4 axis may be associated with BHR-mediated inhibition of ferroptosis

  • Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction ameliorates polycystic ovary syndrome via oocyte-granulosa cell communication

Open Access•Runan Hu, Yanjing Huang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2024

  • In view of ovarian steroidogenesis and luteal construction to explore the effects of Bushen Huoxue recipe in mice of ovarian hyperstimulation

Open Access•Yufan Song, Runan Hu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2024

BSHXR restored the abnormally high progesterone level by regulating the CYP11A1 and HSD3B1 expression as well as promoted luteal angiogenesis, which was related with LHCGR-MEK1/2-ERK1/2-VEGFA/FGF2 signaling pathway in the ovary. This effect prevented the fluctuation of sex hormones in COH mice and benefited the outcome of pregnancy

  • Bushen Antai recipe ameliorates immune microenvironment and maternal-fetal vascularization in STAT3-deficient abortion-prone mice

Open Access•Zhuo Liu, Yufan Song et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2024

  • Network and experimental pharmacology on mechanism of Si-Wu-tang improving ovarian function in a mouse model of premature ovarian failure induced by cyclophosphamide

Open Access•Xia Liu, Yufan Song et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2023

SWT can improve ovarian function in POF mice induced by cyclophosphamide, and its mechanism is related to the inhibition of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway

  • Si-Wu-Tang facilitates ovarian function through improving ovarian microenvironment and angiogenesis in a mouse model of premature ovarian failure

Open Access•Fanru Zhou, Yufan Song et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2021

Our findings indicated that SWT protected ovarian function of Cy-induced POF mice by improving the antioxidant ability and promoting ovarian angiogenesis, thereby providing scientific evidence for the treatment of POF using SWT

  • Immunomodulatory mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Recipe alleviates cyclophosphamide-induced diminished ovarian reserve in mouse model

Open Access•Cong Huang, Kunkun Song et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2017
