Heart Rate and Hemodynamic Changes at Orthostatic Test Demonstrated by Extreme North Aborigines and Europeans (Caucasians) Having Different Types of Autonomic Regulation
The examinees were 102 male habitants of Anadyr and Chukotsky Autonomous District, 17-19 aged, Europeans (Caucasians) and Aborigines. Functional reserves of autonomic regulation were studied and influence of its changes on cardiohemodynamics at active orthostatic test in different ethnic groups with similar types of original autonomic nervous system. The findings testified that, irrespective of ethnic origin or autonomic tonus similar responses t…
Main Characteristics of Lipid and Carbohydrate Metabolism Observed in Young Males With Different Somatotypes of Northeast Russia
Our research was aimed at studying main parameters of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism in North-born young males, Europeans by origin, with different somatotypes. According to the examinee's body type, we found 45 % of them sthenic, 29 % hypersthenic and 26 % asthenic. Blood biochemicals proved to range within the referent indices; however, the average lipid indices were close to the lower line of the norm. Of note that, those indices grew highe…
Hemodynamic and Morphofunctional Alterations Observed for Ten Years in Young Males of Magadan Region
The aim of the study was to reveal specific changes in somatometric and morphofunctional indices occurred in young males of Magadan with different arterial pressure in the period of 2004-2013. Statistically significant increase in systolic and diastolic arterial pressure was revealed for the studied period of 2004-2013. In addition to the above, the subjects examined in 2004, 2005 and in 2007, demonstrated no difference in arterial pressure while…
Lipid and Carbohydrate Metabolism Observed in Aboriginal and European Students Having Different Terms of Residing in Territory of Magadan Region
In the paper, the results of the study of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism examined in aborigines, migrants and those 1 and 2 generation Caucasians born in the North were under consideration. It has been found that, the lipid metabolism values were within the range of the accepted norm, but significant differences between the examined groups were observed in the series of its indices. The aboriginal subjects' lipid profiles were characterized as…
Morphofunctional Changes in Long-Time Adaptation Process Observed in Natives of Intercontinental Areas of Russia’s Northeast
Based on the study of parameters of physical development, cardio-vascular system, external respiration and gas exchange comparative study of 88 young males among European migrants and those born in 1 and 2 generation, natives of continental area of Magadan region was carried. Found that formation of adaptive shifts are typical of some physiological systems of European newcomers; the direction of these shifts does not change in further generations…
Comparative Analysis of Morphofunctional Indices in Residents of European North and Russia North-East
During the Project "Mars-500" in months-long examination, 17 residents of Syktyvkar and 18 residents of Magadan were examined. A number of common morphological and physiological methods of study and the hardware and software complex "Ecosan-2007" were used. It has been established that the highest tension in hemodynamics reaction was characteristic of the residents of Magadan living in more extreme climatic conditions and, to a greater degree, it…
Peculiarities of Adaptation in Young Male Residents of Magadan Region
Based on the methods of correlation and factor analysis of the 21st morphofunctional parameter, there has been performed a comparative study of a sample of 1656 male subjects aged 17-21 y. o. consisting of aborigines, migrants and the 1st and 2nd generations’ Caucasians born in the Magadan region in (enrooted persons). For all the examined subjects, a complex of somatometric indices was the most significant factor specifying the strategy of body …
Heart Rate Variability Structure Features in Persons Born in Magadan Region Depending on Vegetative Regulation Type
390 senior schoolboys born in the Magadan region in the 1st-3rd generation aged 15-16 y. o. have been examined at rest to study 16 parameters of their heart rate variability. Based on the values of the index of tension (the stress index SI), the variation swing (MxDMn) and the spectrum total power (TP), the examined subjects were divided into three groups with prevalence of vagal, sympathetic or normotonic reactions of their vegetative nervous sy…
Peculiarities of Adaptation Observed in Young Male Residents of Magadan Region
There were examined 1 656 young male residents of the Magadan region from among aborigines aged 17-21 y. o., migrants and Caucasoid natives of the Magadan region of the 1st 2nd generations in order to study their morphofunctional parameters. It has been found that among the modern population of the male aborigines and the Caucasoid natives residing under similar natural-climatic conditions, there were observed processes of convergence of some of …
Functional Profiles Observed in Young Males - Residents of Magadan Depending on Their Constitution Types
Based on the studies of the parameters of physical development, the cardiovascular system, external respiration, and arterial blood oxygenation observed in the young male residents, all born in the Russian Northeast, a comparative analysis of morphofunctional changes was performed depending on the subjects’ constitutional types. Resulting from that, the pronounced tension was revealed in the work of different systems of the hypersthenic persons. …
