Dark and Light Triad personality profiles and differential projected effects of simulated node manipulations in depression–anxiety symptom networks
Network analysis of psychological resilience, personality traits, and depression–anxiety–stress symptoms among military college students in China
This study provides clinically informative, network-based evidence on psychological adaptation in a rarely examined cadet population. The central bridging role of resilience, the protective bridging role of agreeableness, and gender-specific trait-resilience linkages offer actionable, empirically grounded targets for stratified psychological interventions and resilience-promotion programs in high-demand, quasi-military training settings. These fi…
Complex associations between anxiety, depression, and resilience in a college student sample
This study highlights the complex interrelationships between psychological resilience, anxiety, and depression among college students through network analysis. Bridge expected influence analysis identified "R10" as a protective factor and "A7" as a key risk factor. The findings suggest that interventions targeting bridge symptoms and enhancing resilience may help alleviate anxiety and depression. Prioritizing these two symptoms in future research…
Network analysis of the association between social anxiety and problematic smartphone use in college students
The key bridging symptoms this study identified supports the existing theories about the co-occurrence of SA and PSU, and contributes to understanding the underlying mechanisms. Our findings suggest that interventions targeting negative emotions in daily interactions could be effective in reducing PSU
The relations between different components of intolerance of uncertainty and symptoms of depression during the Covid-19 pandemic
By delineating specific pathways between IU and depression and highlighting the influential role of "Frustration when facing uncertainty" in maintaining the IU-Depression co-occurrence, current findings may inform targeted prevention and interventions for depression during the COVID-19 pandemic
