Teachers promoting entrepreneurship in HEIs -testing trait activation theory
This research examines how teachers’ entrepreneurial traits and institutional support influence their promotion of entrepreneurship in HEIs. Data from 778 Finnish HEI teachers representing various educational fields were analysed using quantitative methods.
