  • Mechanism Study of the Active Ingredients in Yizhi Qingxin Formula Regulating Mitochondrial Dysfunction to Improve Alzheimer’s Disease

Open Access•Xiaochen Guo, Lichang Yang et al.•ARTICLE•Research•2026

  • Construction and evaluation of an integrated “Hospital-Community-Family” public cardiopulmonary resuscitation training system

Open Access•Youzhong An, Yanhua An et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Public Health•2025

Background Epidemiological investigations have found that 80% of cardiac arrest (CA) events occur in public places or homes. Bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is the most significant factor for out-of-hospital CA (OHCA) survival. Limited opportunities exist for community residents and family members of patients with chronic diseases to participate in CPR training programs. This study establishes an integrated “Hospital-Community-Famil…

  • Work Content of General Practitioners in Beijing, China

Open Access•Yun WEI, Fei‐yue Wang et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Public Health•2022

Background: Despite the dramatic growth of primary care in China, little evidence showed what general practitioner (GP) do and how GP provided medical service in Beijing. Objective: This study aimed to explore the work content of GPs in primary care in Beijing. Methods: A multi-method study was conducted in five community health service institutions using non-participant observation and critical incident technique interview. Eleven GPs was recrui…

  • Global desertification vulnerability to climate change and human activities

Open Access•JIANPING HUANG, Guolong Zhang et al.•ARTICLE•Land Degradation and Development•2020

Desertification is the impoverishment of arid, semiarid, and some subhumid ecosystems. The assessment of global scale desertification vulnerability to climate change and human activity is important to help decision makers formulate the best strategies for land rehabilitation and combat global desertification in sensitive areas. There is no global desertification vulnerability map that considers both climate change and human activities. The main a…

  • Modeling Language Components in Mathematical Items Using Multiple Random Effects IRT Models

Xiangdong Yang, Xiang-Dong YANG et al.•ARTICLE•Acta Psychologica Sinica•2012

  • Preparative isolation and purification of two isoflavones from Astragalus membranaceus Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao by high-speed counter-current chromatography

Open Access•Elias Antonio Pizarro, Xiaofeng Ma et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Chromatography A•2003

Two isoflavones, calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glycoside and formononetin-7-O-beta-D-glycoside, were separated from n-butanol extract of the root of Astragalus membranaceus Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao by high-speed counter-current chromatography in two steps using two different solvent systems composed of ethyl acetate-ethanol-n-butanol-water (30:10:6:50, v/v) and ethyl acetate-ethanol-water (5:1:5, v/v). From 200 mg of crude extract, calycosin-7-O…
