    This article explores, through poetry, narrative, and vignette, the interconnectedness of an individual's well-being, wellness, and health with chosen leisure activity. As a recreation officer and community volunteer, the author has had extensive involvement with youth, youth culture, and activities, often within specific ethnic communities.
