Race and Racial Identity Status Attitudes: Mock Jury Decision Making in Race Discrimination Cases
This study examined the relationship between race and racial identity status attitudes and jury decision making with a sample of 210 racially diverse mock jurors. Participants were shown an employment stimulus case and asked to determine whether the facts supported that the plaintiff had been discriminated against and had suffered emotional distress.
