Donald S. Lutz, retired Professor of Political Science at the University of Houston, died on 14 January 2024, at the age of 80 years. Preceded in death by his mother Eva Beatrice Groh and father Stephen Alexander Lutz, he is survived by his wife Linda Westervelt, son Austin Westervelt-Lutz, daughter-in-law Stephanie Brinker, and grandchildren Charles and Beatrice Lutz.
