Evaluation of the Developmental Trauma and Attachment Program for Decreasing Disruptive Behavior Among Adolescents in a Residential Setting
This evaluation inspected the degree of symptom improvement associated with the Developmental Trauma and Attachment Program for decreasing disruptive behavior symptoms among youth in residential treatment following traumatic experiences within domestic and international adoption and foster care systems. The Development and Evaluation of the Intersectional Privilege Screening Inventory for Use With Counselors-in-Training
As counselor preparation programs are compelled to demonstrate student social and cultural competence, valid inventories are needed to measure development consistent with contemporary standards. The Intersectional Privilege Screening Inventory was created for this purpose, was assessed using 4 types of validity evidence, and has results supporting its use in student development
Assessing the Type A behaviour pattern with the Jenkins Activity Survey
Controversy has arisen over the usefulness and reliability of the Jenkins Activity Survey (JAS) as a measure of Type A behaviour. Ray & Bozek (1980), Jenkins & Zyzanski (1982) and Ray (1984) have exchanged contrasting views. Type A behaviour, financial performance and organizational growth in small business firms
Eight hundred randomly selected members of the Smaller Business Association of New England were mailed the Jenkins Activity Survey (JAS) and a biodata questionnaire. A total of 368 chief executive officers completed both instruments, representing a response rate of 46***.0 per cent. Based on the JAS, 82 per cent of the respondents were characterized by the Type A or coronary‐prone behaviour pattern. Corporate performance was plotted against Type …

The paper examines the school background of leaders in eight occupational groups: the civil service, foreign service, judiciary, Royal Navy, army, Royal Air Force, Church of England, and clearing banks. These elite groups were studied at four time intervals: 1939, 1950, 1960, and 1971.
