The Cultural Linguistic Follow-Through Approach

School systems today need to focus their attention upon instituting educational programs geared to the needs of poor children from excluded groups such as Afro-Americans, American Indians, Americans of Latin American descent, and Southern white migrants. Enough data have already been amassed as to our failures thus far. The Early Childhood Program described below is responsive to poor excluded children who live in rural or urban settings.
