The interorganizational behavior of service-delivery staff is an important dimension of services integration. Findings from research on a services-integration demonstration project are used to identify influences on staff interaction with other providers. A positive association between formalized administrative linkages and the behavior of line personnel was found. A typology of interorganizational behavior patterns is presented, and differing patterns between staff categories are analyzed. The implications of the findings for services-integration policy are developed
