In Number Six of this bulletin for March 1965 there appeared a description of the development of the major programs in Korea and Taiwan through 1964 prepared by Mr. S.M. Keeny The Population Councils Resident Representative for Southeast Asia. Mr. Keeny has now written the following report of 1965 developments and readers will find it useful to review the previous article in connection with this one. The introduction to the earlier report noted that many observers believe that these programs are among the most successful now underway. That remains true after another year of activity. (excerpt)
