L'A. presente son experience de l'enseignement de la sociologie. Il souligne l'interet de la pensee critique, du developpement de l'esprit critique en ce qui concerne la formation des etudiants dans cette discipline. Il critique la methode pedagogique liee a la presentation et au commentaire de texte. Il estime important d'initier a la perspective sociologique, a ses theories, a ses principes, a ses methodes. Il montre les strategies mises en place pour encourager l'esprit critique chez ses etudiants et notamment un formulaire qui leur permet d'evaluer le developpement de leur sens critique
