This report presents research aimed at analyzing how distributed leadership manifests in two community telebachilleratos located in disadvantaged educational contexts in Aguascalientes, Mexico. It also evaluates how these institutions contribute to promoting social justice. Through a qualitative exploratory study, the characteristics and practices of administrative leadership are analyzed, highlighting the importance of involving various educational stakeholders, such as teachers, parents, and students in decision-making processes. The findings reveal that distributed leadership practices foster an interdependent support network where collaboration and participation of all individuals are valued. However, the research also indicates that the commitment and preparation of school administrators can be affected by their socioeconomic context and adverse working conditions
