Descriptores: cambio educativo - mejora escolar - democratización The Educational Change and the School Improvement as Process of Democratization.?An experience in public secondary schools in the city of Buenos AiresThis article presents an experience of educational change and school improvement in fifteen public secondary schools in the city of Buenos Aires that began in 1998 and still.
