His research explores creativity at work, unrecognised and unrealised creativity as well as the nature of reward for motivating creativity at work. A particular interest is understanding how the potential or capacity for creativity can be realised into capabilities and performance within organisational settings. He is currently exploring the relationship between creativity, discovery and entrepeneurship and teaches modules on creativity and entrepreneurship within the Institute for Enterprise and Innovation to both Masters and MBA students
