Palavras-chave: Direito e marxismo, Forma-valor, Justiça do Trabalho. Abstract This article aims to investigate, from the marxist juridical critic, the ontological limits of the Labor Justice. The value form repetition in the jurisdictional field is discussed, pointing the redundancy of the capitalist exploration at the Labor Justice which, although does not deny its tactical use, can not fit at itself its own overcoming.
