He earned his M.A. in International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and his B.A. in Middle East History at Haifa University, Israel. Mr. Honig was a Captain in the Planning Directorate of the Strategic Planning Division of the Israel Defense Forces prior to returning to university studies
