Soulful aging is a process of adding meaning to each part of the aging process. In order to navigate the wilderness of soulful aging, this essay seeks wisdom from ancient and contemporary sages, poets, philosophers, and analysts- weaving modern practices of mindful living and meaning creation with age old and sanctified notions of attaining wisdom. The author provides three axis of contemplation and paradigms to engage with while navigating soulful aging (1) Decolonizing Aging (2) Queering Aging and (3) Befriending aging
