離れて暮らす親の介護,いわゆる遠距離介護に直面している子どもは,親を支える福祉の専門職であるケアマネジャーに,子どもが望ましいと考えるケアサービスの状況を実現するための働きかけを電話で行なうことがある.その際その働きかけは,ケアマネジャーの判断を尊重しながらも,離れて暮らす子どもが望ましいと考える状況の実現可能性が高くなる形で遂行される必要がある.本稿は遠距離介護の電話におけるこうした相互行為上の課題に対処するための方法を会話分析のアプローチによって解明し,以下の知見を得た
