Abstract: Homeoffice – The New (Old) Setting. Safety and Health Quo Vadis? Covid-19 has led to a strong increase of home office use, because it was an essential instrument for containing the pandemic. Working in the home office not only turned out to be advantageous, however. It worsened existing problems and created new ones. In order to address these challenges and to give home office a future, measures must be taken regarding work design, employee training and qualification, the optimization of an ergonomic workplace design as well as the creation of a legal framework
