The gender studies' evolution in the labor world has shown a significant increase of women's insertion in the market, but unevenly in terms of professions, positions, salaries and working conditions. This inequality manifests itself with greater intensity for black women. The data also shows that, with the deregulation of the labor world, women were pushed into informal, precarious work, making up the majority of informal workers. Another noticeable fact is that the evolution of women's presence in the labor market occurred while maintaining their domestic overload and greater responsibility for people's care. This burden has been worsened by the neoliberal prescription of reducing state investments in public policies, with a negative impact on women's labor participation and women's public representation, with negative consequences for their health and life quality. In this context of inequality, women persist fighting domestic and care overload, demanding public policies; and affirm the importance of their insertion in the labor world as a factor of social evolution, autonomy and citizenship
