The Tension between the Two Phases of the Argument from Motion, and the Metaphysical Significance of that Tension, in Aquinas's Summa contra Gentiles (ScG) I/ 13This article offers an introduction to the Hungarian translation of Part I, Chapter 13 of Thomas Aquinas's Summa contra Gentiles.A first section of the paper situates that Chapter in the context of Part I, and briefly comments on the different ways Thomas handles the arguments for the existence of God in the ScG and the Summa theologiae (Sth), respectively.Next, Thomas's authorities in ScG I/13 are scrutinized, and a structural analysis of this dense text commences.A main objective of that analysis is to point out the dialectical tension there is between phase 1 of the argument from motion (omne quod movetur, ab alio movetur) and phase 2 of the same (in causis efficientibus non posse in infinitum ire). Finally, closing considerations try to mark out the philosophical consequences of that tension in respect of the question of how God relates to the world.Jelen tanulmny a tamsi, mozgsbl vett istenrv (argumentum ex motu) dialektikai felptst rszletezi a Pognyok ellen rott summa (Summa contra Gentiles, ScG) szvege szerint, hogy azutn ennek alapjn elemezhet legyen ezen rv filozfiai tartalma
