The objective of this article is to examine the impact of digitalization on leadership transformations. The evolving paradigm of organizational culture, characterized by technological autonomy, has profoundly influenced the ethical, social and cultural dimensions of organizations. The fourth industrial revolution (Floridi, 2014) has not only transformed conventional decision-making processes but also introduced new ethical considerations. Conventional decision-making processes, in which leaders relied on technologies to substantiate their decisions, have now been supplanted by algorithms and advanced digitization tools, particularly AI, in the execution of ethical decision-making functions. As for this evolution in organizational decision-making processes, a humanistic management of management (Domingo y Melé, 2022; Melé, 2016; Pirson, 2018) requires a revision of traditional leadership theories. A transformation that must count on the applications of integral humanism to managerial tasks. The tradition of integral humanism does not ignore the complexity of personal and community relationships, which implies an openness and integration of issues considered as metaphysical or spiritual: religiosity, transcendence, beliefs problems related to the will to truth: truthfulness, trust, commitment, engagement. We aim to explore the possibilities for proposals that, taking onto account the horizon opened by Humanistic management, as a tradition that continues integral humanism, strengthen deliberative competencies in management teams. Continuing with other research (Domingo, 2024), we consider the possibility of a generative leadership that, in addition to addressing the evidence of the data provided by AI, also attends to the truth of the attributes of human beings that, considered in all their existential dimensions, to a greater or lesser extent, are tested and developed in digitized organizations. In addition, they do so by making visible an ethical concern that generates value for organizations
