The II Oñati Declaration Impulse Workshop (November 2022): The Basque SMEs in front of the transformations in the world of labour: employment quality in a context of reforms reflected on the principles of the Decalogue for a renewed model of labour relations (Oñati, Gipuzkoa, 2019). The resulting monograph, entitled Quality of employment in a context of reforms: the transformations of the world of labour, develops specifically, through five scientific articles, the first term (quality in employment), second term(professional qualification and permanent skills adaptation), seventh term (promotion of an effective equality between women and men) and ninth term (increasing the people involvement in companies) of the above-mentioned Decalogue
