Among the specialties of health area, the odontology is one of the most feared by patients, considering the traditional negative image of the dental surgeon and the invasive procedures. In this regard, the anxiety and fear are natural emotions of humans and are present in the dental practice, however, these feelings, if excessive, can lead to complications in the dental clinic. The non-pharmacological methods, mainly the Integrative and Complementary Practices, can be effective in managing patients with dental anxiety. The Floral Therapy, as an integrative practice, focuses on emotional disorders, becoming an resource in dental practice. The objective of this study was to realize an integrative revision of literature, in order to explore the appearance of dental anxiety in patients, as well as the use of Floral Therapy to combat this disorder. Thus, it was realized a literature review and a thematic analysis of the texts included in the revision. It was noticed the emergence of six guideline themes related to the objectives of this research: 1) The use of non- pharmacological technics to the management of patients with dental anxiety; 2) Profile of patients with dental anxiety; 3) Reasons for dental anxiety; 4) Interdisciplinarity in dental phobia; 5) Floral Therapy in the control of anxiety and fear; 6) Floral Therapy in odontology. It was verified that the results present the Floral Therapy as efficient in the cases of anxiety, but there is still a lack of studies that demonstrate the effects of this therapeutics in odontology
