Recent advances in performance studies and immersive visual technologies highlight the potential of integrating embodied practices with computational media to enrich artistic expression and audience experience. However, existing research remains fragmented across disciplines with limited interactivity, weak theoretical grounding, underdeveloped design frameworks and little empirical validation of embodied-visual integration. This paper presents a novel, integrative framework that synthesizes embodied performance practices with immersive visual‐technology interventions to propel innovation in both performing and visual arts. By critically addressing six core gaps in current scholarship including siloed disciplinary approaches, limited audience interactivity, underdeveloped theoretical models of embodiment, lack of scalable design methodologies, insufficient empirical evaluation and minimal interdisciplinary collaboration this research both conceptualizes and empirically validates a cohesive, replicable process model. A mixed‐methods design combines motion‐capture performance analysis, generative visual algorithms, audience co-creation workshops, computational aesthetic metrics and ethnographic feedback loops. Results demonstrate significant enhancements in performer expressivity (by 27% in gesture richness), audience engagement (35% increase in co-creative participation) and aesthetic immersion (42% higher presence scores). We discuss theoretical, methodological and practical implications, outline limitations and propose an agenda for future research to further integrate embodied cognition with cutting‐edge visual media
