Holistic Education and the Dissemination of Vietnamese Human Values in University Curricula Under Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW

Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo (13th Term) sets out a breakthrough mandate for fundamental and comprehensive reform of higher education, with a central focus on holistic human development based on four pillars: Moral Integrity, Intellectual Capacity, Physical Fitness, and Aesthetic Appreciation. This article provides an in-depth analysis of the spirit of the Resolution, identifying existing gaps in the realization of a holistic education model within current higher education institutions. On this basis, it proposes a theoretical framework and specific solutions to integrate and disseminate the Vietnamese human value system into curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and the university environment. The ultimate objective is to contribute to shaping a new generation of intellectuals who are not only professionally competent but also possess strong moral character, good physical health, aesthetic sensibility, and a profound sense of national cultural identity, thereby meeting the requirements of national construction and defense in the new context
