This study investigated the relationship between organizational communication and employee productivity at AOGC, focusing on two key dimensions of communication—clarity and feedback—and two dimensions of productivity—work efficiency and work quality. A quantitative, cross-sectional survey design was applied using structured questionnaires distributed to 225 employees selected through simple random sampling from a population of 476 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that both communication clarity and feedback have significant positive effects on work efficiency and work quality. Regression results further indicated that feedback has a stronger influence than clarity on both productivity dimensions. The study concluded that effective organizational communication plays a crucial role in improving employee productivity in AOGC by reducing errors, enhancing coordination, and increasing task performance quality and efficiency
