This research is motivated by the problem of managing school supervisory administration, which remains manual, fragmented, and not yet integrated, resulting in low efficiency, reduced data accuracy, and slow reporting speed. This research aims to: (1) develop digital-based School Supervisory Management Information System (SIMWAS) features, (2) determine the feasibility of SIMWAS, and (3) determine the effectiveness of using SIMWAS in supporting supervisory administration in West Lombok Regency. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which encompasses analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Subjects included subject matter experts, application experts, and users, including school supervisors and principals. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the study show that: (1) SIMWAS was developed with main features including supervision planning, digital supervision, integrated data management based on Google Workspace, automatic reporting, data visualization dashboard using Looker Studio, and a login-based security system; (2) SIMWAS was declared feasible based on the validation results of material experts and application experts with a very valid category and user practicality tests with a very good category; and (3) SIMWAS was proven to be very effective with a percentage above 90%, which indicates an increaseefficiency, data accuracy, reporting speed, and ease of access to information. In conclusion, SIMWAS is a feasible and effective system for supporting the digitalization of school supervision administration and has the potential to be developed and implemented more widely.
