The main concern of this research is to investigate the effect of implementing Camtasia Studio in activating flipped learning method on improving self-learn achievement among female students at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait. This research adopted the descriptive approach to analyze the literature and the quasi-descriptive approach based the two groups (experimental and control), with the two measurements (the pre-test and post-test), in addition to the Follow-up measurement. The tool of the research involved a questionnaire consisted of (30) statements distributed to six axes. It was applied to a sample that comprised (66) students enrolled in the Department of Educational Technology. The experimental group adopted the flipped learning model which provided instructional videos produced by Camtasia Studio, while the control group adopted the traditional method of learning. The Post-test results indicated that there are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group. These results prove the effectiveness of the program in improving the level of self-achievement. Furthermore, the Follow-up measurement reveals sustainable positive effects after two weeks of its implementation, thus reflecting the effectiveness of this strategy. In light of these results, this research highly recommends the implementation of flipped learning supported by Camtasia Studio in the educational fields, when teaching the courses of educational technology, and in other fields.
