How pressures upon persons in the environment, notedly at work, affect mental health is studied through a survey of women who, working in teams, perform unskilled jobs in agribusiness. The observed dangers can be set down to three factors : the pressure of work schedules, hierarchical pressure, and the lack of any career prospects
