Research methodology is an important component of any scientific work. Until recently, the Russian \ncultural studies had no specific research dealing with complex methods of scientific analysis of the \nCanadian model of multiculturalism. Meanwhile, the successful implementation of Canadian policy, \naimed at the preservation and enrichment of cultural differences, not only points to the importance \nof studying the Canadian multicultural paradigm, but also to the need to consider the possibilities \nof using the Canadian experience in Russia.
