This article follows on from that entitled The Quantitative Results of a Questionnaire on State Terrorism published in TPV 8/3. Based upon the same 120 replies by academics to a questionnaire on terrorism by those in power, this article reveals many of the qualitative answers to the questions asked and includes the various definitions given by respondents, a critique of them, as well as this author's own comprehensive definition of terrorism
