Georges Amar, Für eine urbane Ökologie des Nahverkehrs Üblicherweise wird den Orten, nicht den Verkehrsströmen, der Vorrang eingeräumt, und Ortsveränderung als bloßer, an sich selbst ortloser Übergang angesehen. Eine ökologische Sichtweise hingegen entwickelt Interesse daran, inwiefern und wie intensiv die Verkehrsnetze sich in ihre Umwelt integrieren. Daß Zugänglichkeit gesteigert wird, ist bedeutsamer als die schiere Transportleistung
