Objective: To introduce a background theory that justifies the purpose of the web app "Psychosocial Rehabilitation Project Application", considering bioethical aspects. Data source: Narrative literature review from July to December 2023 carried out on the journal portal of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel through access to national and international databases, using the following keywords (combined or isolated): Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Project, Singular Therapeutic Project, Case Management, Interdisciplinary Work, Psychosocial Care Network, Bioethics, and Mental Health Application. Conclusions: The structure of the psychosocial rehabilitation project is based on the theoretical assumptions of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, the stages of the Singular Therapeutic Project, and Case Management, which guide and make up the architecture of the web app "Psychosocial Rehabilitation Project Application
