L'écriture est au cœur des recherches qualitatives, même si elle est parfois contrainte par les revues. Elle est travail de réflexivité et approfondissement théorique. Les écritures qualitatives se sont multipliées, s'éloignant de la représentation, pour découvrir de nouveaux champs et penser leurs effets politiques. Elles nous font chaque fois prendre une voix, et inventent des voix moins autoritaires, féminines, postcoloniales, dialogiques. Elles se font aussi performances, mettant la pensée et la position du lecteur en mouvement, ou prenant soin du vulnérable ou du sensible. L'article appelle à ne pas perdre ce savoir-faire et à au contraire développer de nouvelles écritures
