This paper aims at to analyze the problem of the delimitation of the right in agreement with the approaches of the Independent Legal Pluralism The analysis of this delimitation was made through four dimensions of borders, which are: (1) the definition of the right when there is diversity in their expressions; (2) the definition of the social groups able to generate right; (3) the separation between the right forms and the other forms of social control; and (4) the borders among the different rights of the different social groups. For this analysis, it was made a theoretical research in the authors' of the Legal Pluralism, classic and recent main works
