This research explores, in the Nahua world, the phenomena around the constitution of a kuilot person, a non-man formed by the refusal of masculinity and that sometimes may appear as a woman, considering the way in which it appears within the native system of sex/gender and observing a certain economy of affections and desires that approaches and separates people at the same time as it engenders encompassings whose central language is love.In this process, we will deal with the relationships between cosmovision, affectivity, knowledge, sexuality, sexual violence and kinship production in the constitution of kuilot body and personality. Our concern is to deal with the way in which someone who looks like a woman (siautamatik), is ordinarily treated as a different kind of man or a metaphorical woman, but is considered as a woman in the sexual act. From there, we can explore the way in which kuilot crosses the categories of gender, sex and sexual orientation that anthropologists value: neither a man, nor a woman nor a homosexual, kuilot is at the intersection of these categories in which its status varies from the relational field in which he stands
