This article aims to point the domestication intentions of the Brazilian 2013 protests and the discoursive matrices produced by rulling classes representative entitie's, assisting in the compreension of the limitation of the popular movement's power.It was researched for keywords that refer to Brazilian 2013 protests in the newspapers, online researchers, websites and public documents of National Association of Urban Colective Transportation Business (NTU), Industries Federation of São Paulo (FIESP), Mayor's National Front (FNP) and other association's in the period between 2013 and 2014.Defining domestication as a type of domination which the dominanted actively seeks to conform itself to the normative content anda struggle forms acepted by the order.In the analysed case, the protests were acepted by the entities since they attended to a civic model that do not interrupt the flow of work force, fearing a "city's strike" and that do not demand zero-fare
