En el presente paper se pretende definir el concepto de "interés general de España" utilizado en el art. 155 CE/78. Se trata de un ejemplo tipo de "concepto jurídico indeterminado", que es analizado desde una perspectiva terminológica, semántica, histórica y hermenéutica para la definitiva determinación de su verdadero significado constitucional.Palabras clave: "interés general de España", "concepto jurídico indeterminado", art. 155 CE/78.Abstract: This paper intends to define the concept of the "Spanish general interest" used in art. 155 of the Spanish Constitution.
