In the context of the new public -private relationships that influence since end of the twentieth century, emerges the tourism reformulation as a public issue in Argentina, from new fundamentals of economics type. From the perspective of policy analysis, the research presented here aims to analyze the tourism policy implemented in Argentina in the period 1976 -2014, on the basis of observation and analysis of documents in their empirical aspects. This perspective served to emphasize new categories of analysis related to the sources of power involved, the interests at stake and the results and effects of the policy
