Cet article met en évidence la pertinence de la prise en compte de la perception des élèves dans le processus de formation initiale des enseignants. Avec le Profil interactionnel du stagiaire (PIS), questionnaire issu du champ du climat social de la classe, le stagiaire peut prendre connaissance des divergences entre ses propres représentations et celles de ses élèves, ainsi que celles du maître de stage. Complété par une analyse réflexive de ces profils interactionnels, le dispositif a reçu un accueil très favorable de la part des futurs enseignants
