Pandemic and Unequal Legal Treatment: An Analysis of Habeas Corpus Impetrated in the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso Do Sul (2020-2022) The article problematizes how unequal legal and judicial treatment was reproduced during the Covid-19 Pandemic. To this end, it analyzes how CNJ Recommendation 62 was applied in habeas corpus trials at the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso do Sul. Through quantitative and qualitative analyses, it was found that the vast majority of people arrested during the Pandemic, even though they were members of risk groups, their requests were denied on grounds associated, among others, with the guarantee of public order, the dangerousness of the agent, the nonimposing nature of the Recommendation 62 and the lack of proof that the prisons were unsanitary
