Plus précisément, il cherche à vérifier si la philosophie de gestion adoptée par le gouvernement fédéral canadien en 2000, qui prônait une plus grande souplesse du système, s’est véritablement incarnée dans les politiques du gouvernement. La recherche se penche sur le contenu des politiques administratives en matière de gestion financière du gouvernement fédéral canadien entre 2000 et 2018
