Vor dem Hintergrund einer zunehmenden Digitalisierung wird ein Modell medienpädagogischer Kompetenz für Professionelle in der Weiterbildung vorgestellt. Dieses Modell knüpft an Vorarbeiten aus der Erwachsenenbildungsforschung und Schulforschung an und wurde empirisch geprüft.
